Christmas Returns to Nablus

Nablus1 (the Jews2 call it Shechem) has seen a re-invigoration of Christmas celebrations after a few years of trouble. Most interesting is the comment that Christians have left the area.

I do not want to be a spoiler, but Christians should really leave. Sell their property and move to the West. There is a big fight brewing between Al-Islam and the Jewish State. Christians should get out while the getting is good.

In the case of Palestinian Christians, Chile would be their best best. There is a strong Christian Palestinian community there for them.

This is an awful thing to say, I know. But sometimes – and this seems to be one of them – you have to cut your loses and skeedadle.

Selling a house to a Muslim or a Jew would fetch them a good price. Because every inch of land is contested, the prices are amazingly inflated. But if they sell to a Jew, they had better have travelling papers ready to leave immediately once they get the money, because it is the death penalty in the contested areas to sell to Jews.

They could move to Chile and be rich.

A few days old, but I am not back dating it.

1The name Nablus comes from the Crusader times when the Christians named it after Naples. But the Arabs cannot pronounce the letter p and so replace it with a b.

2I have to say the Jews, and not Israelis, because Israeli Arabs would use the Gentile name. Only Jews would use the pre-Diaspora name.

Capoeria is Changing Lives in Judea and Samaria

Capoeria is an Afro-Brazilian Martial Art, that is half self defense, half dance. Very elegant to look at.

This interesing!

Of course, if they ever decide to move to Brazil, it would help them fit it.

If the Arabs ever started having local Samba dances, then they would be totally fit for Human Rights Network.

Florida Street Buenos Aires

I know this is a month old, but I am not going to back date it.

I want you to see what South American culture is. The mere addition of 2 million Palestians to the area could not overwhelm 40 million Argentines, 16 million Chileans, 200 million Brazilians, nor 4 million Uruguayans.

The Palestinians would daily see this culture and it would force them to ease up and assimilate.

Every day on the main pedestrian mall in Buenos Aires, Florida Street, they have tango dances and musicians worthy of New York City.

They are amazing.

Whether the Arabs are brought into each country in measured proportion or whether a province is bought for them, the surrounding culture would encourage assimilation.

Remove the Arabs from the contested areas, and then the main obstacle to peace will be achieved.

1) The Arab countries will be faced with a defeat they cannot deal with.

2) They will see that the Christian West has treated the Palestinians nicer than the Muslims.

3) Their main complaint will have disappeared.

The steam may be taken out of them.

And what about the Palestinians in Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan. The West should say, “Israel and the West took care of its Palestinians, now take care of yours.”

Daniel Pipes on Palestine on Sun TV

This is assumed to be Fair use

I thought this would be interesting. But whether or not there is a valid Palestinian nationality, there are 2.5 million Arabs in the contested areas.

If we can get them to move out, VOLUNTARILY, there may be a chance at peace -
